GENERAL INFORMATION

Ā All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total order amount using the original method of payment.

Ā DELIVERY LOCATION

Ā Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within India. Any shipments outside of India are not available at this point in time.

Ā DELIVERY TIME

Ā An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, and not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We do not ship our products on Sundays.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within a maximum of 2-5 business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday -Friday, excluding holidays.

Ā The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Ā SHIPPING CHARGES

Ā Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Generally, we offer Free Shipping on all our online orders except Cash on Delivery (COD).

Ā Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large/heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Ā Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Ā When you buy from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. After order confirmation, we will ship your products via standard shipping which usually takes 3 - 5 days to most places.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1 to 2 days for the tracking information to become available.Ā

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
